Payment Method

Only the website registration fee (the compulsory contribution collected within this portal) is processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or passwords on our servers—payment data flows directly between you and Razorpay.

Donations, sponsorships, and other programme funds are currently collected through direct bank transfer using the AAJNVL account number and IFSC that we share privately with interested donors.

Available Modes

You can choose any of the following payment modes while completing the registration-fee step inside the membership form. Razorpay displays the final payable amount in INR and confirms success before you can submit your form.

UPI

BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay and other UPI apps.

Cards

Domestic and international debit/credit cards with OTP-based authentication.

Netbanking

All major Indian banks through Razorpay's secure netbanking interface.

Wallets

Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge and more as enabled by Razorpay.

Order & Verification Flow

  1. When you confirm the registration fee/contribution amount, our system requests Razorpay to create an order ID.
  2. Razorpay opens in a secure modal and handles the entire payment interaction.
  3. After payment, Razorpay sends a success token which we verify using a signed signature.
  4. Only verified transactions allow you to submit the final registration step.

If a payment fails, Razorpay automatically reverses the amount to your original payment method as per their settlement timelines (typically 5–7 business days).

Refunds and reversals for the Razorpay-powered registration fee are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy.

Donations & Sponsorships

Large donations, recurring welfare contributions, event sponsorships, and merchandise purchases are handled via direct bank transfer/IMPS/NEFT to the AAJNVL account. This process ensures lower transaction fees and easier bookkeeping.
