Refund Policy
This policy applies only to the website registration fee collected inside the AAJNVL portal via Razorpay. Donations, sponsorships, and programme funds paid directly into the association bank account follow a manual reconciliation process described below.
Eligibility & Timelines
- The Razorpay payment step currently covers the website registration fee / compulsory contribution only.
- Refund requests for this payment must be raised within 7 calendar days from the transaction date by emailing [email protected] with proof of payment.
- Refunds are initiated only after validating the Razorpay order ID, payment ID, donor identity, and bank statements if needed.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7–10 working days. We do not issue cash refunds.
- If the payment status shows as 'Pending' or 'Failed', the bank usually re-credits the amount automatically. Raise a ticket only if you do not receive the reversal in 7 working days.
- AAJNVL reserves the right to decline refund requests where funds have already been committed to welfare initiatives or where sufficient documentation is not provided.
How to Raise a Request
- Write to [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request".
- Attach screenshots of the payment confirmation, Razorpay transaction ID, and bank SMS/email if available.
- Mention your registered full name, mobile number, hall ticket number, and the date/time of the payment.
We will acknowledge every request within 3 working days and share periodic updates until closure.

For donations or sponsorships handled through direct bank transfer (account number + IFSC), email the transfer receipt to the same address. Those requests are reviewed manually by the finance secretary since Razorpay is not involved.
